NTPGA Points for Each Place

  • 🥇 1st Place – 250 points

  • 🥈 2nd Place – 200 points

  • 🥉 3rd Place – 150 points

To get invited to NTPGA games around the world, kids need to play in tournaments and do their best. When you play well, you earn points and show good sportsmanship by following the rules and being respectful. Coaches and tournament leaders look at your scores, effort, and attitude. If you keep practicing, playing tournaments, and having a positive attitude, you can earn invitations to bigger and even international NTPGA events.

What is NTPGA ???

NTPGA stands for North Texas PGA. It is a group that helps kids learn, play, and compete in golf. NTPGA runs junior golf tournaments, programs, and events where kids can practice, earn points, and have fun playing golf. It also helps kids learn the rules, good sportsmanship, and how to grow as golfers.

How to sign up for a tournament in NTPGA

To sign up for a tournament using the NTPGA, you need help from a parent or guardian. First, your parent creates an account on the NTPGA website and signs you up as a junior golfer. Then you choose a tournament, check your age group, and register before the deadline. Once you are signed up, you just show up on tournament day, play your best, and have fun.**

Scoring Info in NTPGA

In NTPGA tournaments, kids earn points based on how they finish. If you finish in 1st place, you earn 250 points. If you finish in 2nd place, you earn 200 points. If you finish in 3rd place, you earn 150 points. These points add up over time and help kids get into bigger tournaments.
